What is included in the membership?
Your membership provides unlimited in–person and virtual visits, direct access to your physician via text, phone, or email, same–day or next–day appointments, comprehensive annual wellness exams, discounted lab tests and in–office procedures, chronic disease management, and proactive preventive care.
How do I sign up?
Signing up is simple! You can enroll directly at our clinic or through our website. Once you’ve completed the registration and paid your annual membership fee, schedule your first visit to get started with a wellness assessment tailored to your health needs.
Are there any additional fees?
There are no hidden fees for the included services under your membership. However, if you require services outside the membership, such as specialist care or specific diagnostic procedures, those will be billed separately at discounted rates.
Can I use insurance with this membership?
The membership is cash–based, so insurance is not required. However, if you have insurance, you can use it for services outside the scope of the membership, such as specialist visits or hospital care.
What happens if I need specialist care?
If you need care beyond what we offer, we can coordinate referrals to trusted specialists. Many of our members use their insurance for specialist visits. We’re here to guide you through the process and ensure seamless continuity of care.
